FLS is in discussion with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (RBS) to issue a Structured Note for its funding requirement

The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc has grown from small beginnings nearly 300 years ago to become one of the largest financial services groups in the world. Specifically it has a strong presence in Asia Pacific, emerging as one of the top five banks for corporate and institutional customers. RBS also provides wealth management services across the region through RBS Coutts. FLS is in discussion with RBS to issue a Structured Note for its funding requirement.
