Tarun K. Tandon, CEO	Tarun Kumar Tandon is the Chief Executive Officer of FLS Group. Tarun is the founder member of FLS Group, with an ambition to make FLS Group* a leading player in the world of Foreign Exchange (FX). Tarun has vast experience (over 20 years) in the financial industry having worked both in Futures Brokerage and multi-national Banks. His expertise covers exchange-traded derivatives, managed futures, prime brokerage services, fixed income, foreign exchange, equities, OTC derivatives and asset management. From 2005 to 2008, Tarun was heading a highly successful FX operation at MF Global Singapore Pte. Limited. He was instrumental for the exponential growth in business at MF Global Singapore by incorporating electronic trading capabilities, sound risk management, product innovation, customer focus and ethical dealer codes. Before this, he has held senior positions at Refco, Commerzbank AG, Standard Chartered Bank - all in the field of Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals. Tarun holds M.Sc. in Financial Engineering from National University of Singapore, MBA in Finance from University of Poona and Bachelor of Arts (H) in Mathematics from Delhi University. Tarun and his wife, Runima, have one daughter viz. Malavika and a goddaughter, Junmoni. He enjoys sports and travelling. He also has keen interest in history and architecture.
Cindy Tan, Director	Cindy Tan is the Director of FLS Group*. Prior to joining FLS, Cindy spent 1 year at MF Global Singapore Pte Limited, in the Foreign Exchange Desk as Assistant Vice President in the Marketing Team. Prior to that role, she served 3 years at the Investment arm of Deutsche Bank as well as 2 years at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as Corporate Treasurer. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Banking and Finance from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
Sharren Toh Xiu Er, Director	Sharren Toh Xiu Er is the Director of FLS Group. She left her previous position as Assistant Vice President, FX Trading & Electronic Trading at MF Global Singapore Pte Limited to set up FLS Group with her other two partners, Cindy and Tarun. Sharren has 6 years experience in the financial industry both in Front Office and Back Office. Concurrently, she completed her BSc (Hons) in Financial Services and Associateship awarded by ifs School of Finance in partnership with the University of Manchester in 2007.
