FLS Corporation is a company limited by shares and is incorporated under the Labuan Companies Act 1990 on 4th March 2008 (Company Registration Number: LL06374). The Board of Directors includes Tarun K. Tandon, Cindy Tan and Sharren Toh Xiu Er (Zhou Xiu’e).
FLS Group shall include FLS Corporation and/or its holding company and/or its subsidiaries and/or the subsidiaries of its holding company, whether it is incorporated in Malaysia or not.
